Questions
Is this a multi-level or network marketing scheme?
No. You only earn on orders from customers you personally referred. There are no joining fees, no recruitment bonuses and no earnings from other people's referrals.
How is my commission calculated?
It is a percentage of the product value of each completed order after discounts, excluding delivery fees and taxes. Your percentage depends on your tier.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are approved 14 days after the order is completed (to allow for returns). Approved commissions are paid by bank transfer once your balance reaches the minimum payout.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, ₦5,000.00. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout.
What happens if an order is refunded or cancelled?
The commission is reversed, or reduced in proportion for a partial refund.
Can I use my own link?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not earn commission and are reviewed by our team.
What can I say about the products?
Share your honest experience. Please do not claim that a product cures or treats any disease — our products support wellness and are not medicines.
